Refund & Cancellation Policy

A clear breakdown of what you get back — and when — if a booking changes, is cancelled, or doesn't go ahead as planned.

This page summarises Articles IV, V and IX of our full Terms & Conditions in plain language. Where the two differ, the Terms & Conditions govern.

If you cancel a booking

Whether you get your fare back comes down to one cutoff: has a cab & driver been assigned to you yet, and are you still more than 12 hours out from pick-up? Clear both, and you're refunded in full. Miss either one, and the fare isn't refundable.

100% Refund More than 12 hrs before pick-up, and cab & driver details not yet provided
No Refund Cab & driver details already provided, or less than 12 hrs before pick-up

Both conditions on the right must hold for a full refund. If either one is no longer true — a driver has been assigned, or you're inside the 12-hour window — the booking is treated as non-refundable, including no-shows.

Outstation bookings — the same cutoff, higher stakes Outstation trips follow the same 12-hour / driver-assignment rule above. Because a driver, vehicle and route are typically locked in earlier for outstation journeys, treat the 12-hour mark as a hard deadline — cancellations after that point are non-refundable, and any costs already committed on your behalf (driver deployment, fuel) may be billed separately.
02

If we cancel on you

Occasionally a trip can't go ahead on our end — a vehicle breakdown, a driver emergency, or something outside anyone's control (severe weather, road closures, and similar force majeure events).

What's refunded

Any advance payment you made for that trip, in full.

What isn't covered

Consequential costs — a missed flight, a rebooked hotel, lost business — aren't covered beyond the advance refund.

Full & final

The advance refund is treated as complete settlement of our obligation for that booking.

Processing time7–10 business working days

Banking delaysAny delay caused by your bank or payment gateway sits outside our control

04

Charges a refund won't include

Some charges are tied to costs already incurred on the road, or to how the vehicle was used — these sit outside the refund process entirely.

  • Tolls, highway charges, state border taxes, permit fees and Green Tax already paid on your trip
  • Driver night-halt allowance (₹300/night) for multi-day outstation trips already underway
  • Waiting charges accrued beyond the 10-minute grace period before a cancellation
  • Cleaning or damage charges assessed against the vehicle during your trip
05

Lost property isn't a refund matter

Belongings left behind in a vehicle are handled separately from fare refunds. Report anything left behind within 12 hours of your trip by calling 9634253300. Items unclaimed 30 days after being found may be treated as abandoned. Any cost of returning an item to you is borne by you.
